JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager
§ Assigned to GA Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of the organization, assisting GA-HR manager and supporting the staff team.
- Procure equipment, office supplies and services in compliance with the organization’s processes policies and procedures. Ensure the efficient management of the office facilities and services. Maintain the office equipment and furniture inventory and records movement of equipment/furniture.
- Complete all formalities and documentation requirement for expatriate settlement eg: TRC registration, work permit, visa application etc. for all Foreigners. Identify and recommend accommodation, finalize lease agreement, and provide other relocation support. Provide support for their entire duration of the stay… Handle company employees’ travel arrangements such as booking of air tickets, accommodation and visa application.
- Identify vendors for travel management and meals. Provide information and logistics support to all employees travelling on business. Make travel arrangements as per approved guidelines and validate all exceptions. Organize logistics (travel, hotel, meals) for event management, local promotions, offsite etc.
- Support HR in benefits administration like health checkups and medical claims, insurance renewal policy.
- Coordinate and monitor the usage of company vehicles by managing the company transport pool and supervise the drivers. Ensure adequate availability of transport services to employee and business visitors and direct the drivers as required. Prepare the necessary equipment for new comer as stationary, computer, safety shoes, uniform, name card…
- Perform other related duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English business level – Able to read contract in English
- MS Office proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing company (Japanese company is a plus).
- Knowledge about Labor Law
