-          Monday-Friday (8:30~17:30), no Overtime

§  Salary Range: Gross 1500-2000 USD per month



JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese General Director

§  Assigned to Development Team

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Assist the Planning Development member of parent company in Japan to analyze and understand the product specification, specification changes, new additional functionalities, and design details.

-          Support members to understand the technical specifications of the products, specification changes, and new functionalities.

-          Create WBS to ensure product delivery time is accurate and rigorous.

-          Manage the work procedures of team members based on WBS (assist Project Manager to sort out plans and solutions in dealing with possibilities of work delays).

-          Review reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) made by team members before sending them to Planning Development member of parent company in Japan.

-          Review the coding and ensure the quality of the finished projects.

-          Manage, evaluate and provide guidelines to help team members improve their capabilities (as a programmer).

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-          Language Skills: Japanese business level (N2)

-          At least 4 years’ working experience as BSE, preferably in PHP programming language

-          Ability to manage team members, lead team members to achieve success based on the efforts and development of each team members

-          Experienced in the development of Cloud technologies
