JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Deputy General Manager
§ Assigned to Human Resource and Administration Division
§ Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) activities.
Recruitment:
- Study Job Description (JD) and update regularly;
- Assist in recruitment procedures: Receiving recruitment request, Job posting, Curriculum Vitae (CV) collection, candidate profile, CV screening; Organize for paper test/ interview; First round interview;
- Conducting reference check and report as requested;
- Contact with head hunters for contracts and payments; Document and file all related documents related to recruitment of a position;
- Prepare/ follow up offer letter;
- Interview result announcement to candidates of final round;
- Prepare and follow up joining formalities for new comers (coordinate with related Division, collect personal dossiers); Update organization chart;
Training:
- Coordinate with related divisions to implement orientation training for new comers;
- Work with training suppliers for related courses’ information and update to concerned parties;
- Organize/ liaise the training programs in Vietnam and abroad for all employees;
- Follow up training courses: application/ registration, payment, training materials, certificate, reports; Update training records by each employee;
- Consolidate Training Need Assessment (TNA) and collect information of related courses to feed TNA;
HR information system:
- Control employee profile of the whole company logically and systematically;
- Record and update personnel database;
- Maintain personnel files in both hardcopies and soft copies;
- Implement annual personal information update;
- In charge of periodical and ad hoc reports to management, Regional Holding Company (RHC), and local authority as requested;
Annual Performance Appraisal: follow with the Performance Management Process
Others:
- In charge of work permit procedures for foreign employees;
- Arrange health insurance package;
- HR administration works as assigned;
- Coordinate to organize Company’s big events (annual party, company trip and/ or other staff activities)
- Other office tasks as required by the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: University Graduation
- Language Skills: English fluency
- 2 year working experience in HR for foreign or joint venture companies is preferred but not a must
- Fresh graduate/ intern who are interested in HR career path is also welcomed
- Good interview, presentation, data calculation, analysis, report, and time management skills
