JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese QA manager ( female, also company's deputy director )
§ Manage 66 staffs : QA ( ISO, hearing claims, communicate with clients ) : 6, QC : 60
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from clients
- Manage QA activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese N2
- At least 3 years experienced in same position
- QC, QA, ISO knowledge and experiences
- Work with client directly experience is a plus
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Under 50
- Personality : Polite, able to talk to client
