JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned Corporate Planning Staff
§ Job Responsibilities:
- To monitor the Warehouse (W/H), mainly in charge of W/Hs management in Ninh Binh & Hai Phong.
- To point out the items to be improved, and work together with W/Hs.
- To report the inventory balance on a daily basis.
- To monitor the delivery process (at the timing of products receipt by Dealers) as much as possible.
- To monitor the status of cargo at each W/H
- To visit W/Hs upon the request from HCM Office, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Experience:
- University Degree
- English skills (Level A, communication)
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel,…
- 01 – 02 years at related work would be preferred
- Candidates must be living in Ninh Binh Province.
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Male
- Age: >25 years old
- Public Relation skill (Team-work)
- Ability to work under pressure / towards strategic goals
