§  Work time:                    Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm), lunch break (12:00pm - 13:30pm)

Saturday morning (8:00am - 12:00pm)

§  Salary range: NET 17.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Manage and operate trucking's activities, including 9 trailer heads, 15 romoocs, 7 trucks (Binh Duong parking lot)

-       Establish working process of Trucking department; try to cut down operational costs

-       Examine route of transportation and calculate cost of trucking

-       Supervise the use of vehicles by GPS; directly solve problems/accidents on site

-       Assess the ability of trucking contractors, set up trucking schedule to meet with delivery plan of clients

-       Train drivers and sub-drivers about labor safety, regulations and principles of customer service…

-       Resolve complaints from customers and drivers; report to Line Manager and Sales Department

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related field

-       Language skill(s): English business level

-       From 5+ years of xperience working at similar positions in logistic companies

-       Good network with other transportation service providers

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Male only

-       Age: 32-40
