GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

§  Salary Range: Gross 600-900 USD per month

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

§  Selection Process: Two rounds

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Team Leader

§  Assigned to … Department / Team with … members (detailed structure if possible)

§  Job Responsibilities:

To implement Human Resouce management solutions (including Human Resource, Time attendance, and Payroll (Salary  calculation) modules) to customer by:

• Pre-sale Activity

 -Make the demonstration of our solutions to customer.

• Implementation Activity

 - Make the hearing and gathering customer’s functional requirements

 - Software installation and configuration: SQL server, Human Resource software.

 - Give the training of software for the customer.

• Supporting and Maintenance after go-alive.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

•Basic IT skill of software or experience of system integration services

•Technical skill:

- At least 1- 2 years’ experience in .NET programming or implementing.

- Good at SQL Server/ Oracle (installation, restore, backup…)

- Having experience in implementing ERP system (especially Time attendance, Human resource, Payroll (salary calculation)) is preferable.

• Ability of written and spoken English (Required item)

•Can tolerate high pressure and responsibility.
