JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese General Manager & Vietnamese Operation Manager (Female, 40s)
§ Manage a team with 4-5 people
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
- Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: More than N3English – conversational
- Experience of HR/GA in manufacturing companies at least 3 years.
- Experience of management level with the same size of the hiring company.
- Be able to do multiple tasks, good management skill.
- Well understanding of Japanese working style and culture.
