§  Work Time:

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

ü  Saturday: every other week

ü  Or as assigned shifts - TBD

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager / Team Leader

§  Assigned to Mechanical Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

- Manage, improve plan, output
- Manage, improve quality
- Occupational safety management, 5S in the department
- Management, training Assess the capacity of 50-70 workers (awareness, skills, capacity to achieve production goals in terms of quality and output)
- Set up operating instructions, procedures, and regulations for the department.
- Coordinate with the maintenance, control and maintenance of machines in accordance with regulations.
- Manage the quality of products according to the prescribed standards, find the causes, the list of fault status of the product.
- Calculate and arrange suitable personnel to meet the production plan.
- Tool management, improvement of tool life, jig.
- Production report periodically
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: in Mechanical

-          Language Skills:          Japanese N3 or above

-          Experience in management in mechanical more than 3 years. Experienced in a Japanese company is a plus.

-          Understand PLC (Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens)

-          Can design and process mechanical products for production and improvement of management.

-          Ability to manage, arrange and assign work.

-          Ability to work under high pressure (in terms of quality, progress).

-          Fast, professional work style, high discipline
