JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Read and understand technical specifications
- Design/draw buildings (factories, malls, offices…) using CAD and Revit
- Able to work either in office or on site when need be
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree and Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): English conversational level
- Design software: AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit (must)
- 3+ years of experience working at similar positions in general construction companies
- Those who are now working for Japanese contractors are NOT accepted for this position

- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Around 30s
