JOB DUTIES

§  Report to General Japanese Manager

§  Assigned to Chemicals Business Department

§  Main Tasks:

-        Person in charge of chemical trading biz and distribution network management.

-        To communicate and negotiate with Customers in Vietnam both local and foreigner/Japanese and with Oversea Suppliers.

-        To accompany Supplier to visit customers and follow up technical trial.

-        To expand existing business and to create new business in chemicals field

-        To build and share a sales strategy for our future activities, then execute it.

-        To ensure proper internal control, including credit control, legal control, etc. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Experience and Background:

-        Fluent Japanese and English for business communication

-        Have background of economic or marketing study.

-        Experience in purchase, sales, negotiation, development of new customer and product.

-        If also experience of chemical trading is plus point.

-        Able to go business trip

-       Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presentation, communication and reporting purposes.

-        Gender: Any

-        Age: Any (experienced and mature ones)

-        Good soft skills: communication /positive conversation, negotiation, team work …

-        Enthusiastic in learning new topic, especially technical issues

-        Performs well or tries his/her best even under high pressure.
