ü  Monday-Friday ( 8am-5pm)

§  Saturday: every other week

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese Director

§  Assigned to HR Department / Team with 4 other Vietnamese members

§  Job Responsibilities:

【Recruitment】

-          Based on recruitment plan, adopt new graduates, mid-career,..

【Labor service】

-          Social insurance, working hours management etc, general working environment management of employees based on laws and regulations.

【Education service】

-          Planning and operation of internal education system for Part-timer, new graduate, mid-career recruitment, recruitment of career,

-          Nurturing the company human resources.

【Institution maintenance work】

-          Employee’s workability and motivation management, such as welfare and evaluation system.

【Business strategy office work directly linked to president】

-          Work directly connected to the president to solve future company issues.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills:          English business level

-          Extensive knowledge of personnel affairs
-          HR experience minimum 5 years
-          Personnel experience at tangible commodity sales company
-          Manager experience at least 2 years
-          Experience working at a foreign-affiliated company or Japanese company
§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: any

-          Age: 33-45
