JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation (40%)
ü Make action plan for branding and commnucation activities
ü Follow strategy and direction for the brand; manage brand guidelines in line with company’s vision, mission, and objectives
ü Increase company's brand awareness including to develop store image, product image, environment awareness, safety awareness…
ü Create and implement long-term branding and communication strategy
ü Formulate and implement public relations strategies; select and manage communications with external agencies and organizations (journalists and goverment), as well as develop media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities
ü Create PR media and social media campaign
ü Manage and organize internal and external events to build up company’s brand
ü Plan and deliver community management strategy through social media
ü Guiding other teams on issues related to branding and communication
- People management (40%)
ü Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve company’s goals
ü Create, deliver and inspire company culture to team members
ü Engage with customers to solve customer service issues and create positive PR opportunities
ü Prepare employees for assignment by establising and conducting orientation and training programs
ü Contribute to team efforts by accomplising related results
ü Influence others to make space for sympathy
ü Manage Brand Communication Unit in order to ensure approved budget

JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business / Economics
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Computing: MS Office
- 3+ years of professional experience in leading branding and communication team of MNC companies
- Capable of organizing large corporate events with 50+ attendees
- Work experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing 4.0 and multi-channel communication including new media trends
- Excellent planning, coordination, communication, mentoring skills
- Deep market insight and vision with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

- Willing to go on frequent business trips over the country
