JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Advises and support Sales in preparation and review of commercial contract clauses and terms of payments;
- Issue, review and prepare guarantees in accordance to Sales Contract;
- Provide legal advice within area of expertise to functional or operational area managers, director to ensure their activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreements and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial and operational matters to protect the Company’s legal and business interests.
- Accounts receivables management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree. Major is Laws/ International trade is a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in commerce; international trade; finance in MNC.
- Experience and knowledge of procurement and import-export. Sound knowledge and understanding of export documentary trade transactions with strong technical skills to handle complex transactions
- Conversant in UCP600/ISP/URDG Incoterms 2010
- Experience and knowledge of International business, Commercial trade and Customs process is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
