GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – GA CUM ACCOUNTANT

§  Work Location: Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province (company bus provided from Binh Duong central city at 7:00 daily; return bus at 17:30~18:00)

§  Work Time:

-          Monday-Friday (8:00～17:00)

-          Saturday (8:00~17:00) 3 times per month

§  Salary Range: Gross 800-1500 USD per month

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Vietnamese Department Manager/ Japanese Director

§  Assigned to Accounting Department

§  Manages 1 Accounting Staff

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Make payment through the net banking, remittance abroad, salary payment.

-          Conduct accounts payment and receivable

-          Correspond to bank such as making new bank account for the new staff, etc.

-          Manage and check red invoice and delay payment

-          Make daily summary & journal to send to the accounting firm

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

-          Language Skills: Japanese conversational level (at least N3)

-          Relevant working experience in the same function

-          Can commute to Bau Bang Industrial Park by himself is preferable

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Male

-          Age: 33-40
