ü  Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm)

§  Salary Range: Max Gross 20,000,000 VND



JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to GA manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Translating and interpreting from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice sera

-          Interpreting when client visiting

-          Support to Manager at other tasks

-          You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

-          The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

-          Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.

-          Government related works (Making document written in Vietnamese, submitting, receiving the official documents, Applications, reports...)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Education background: Vocational degree/ College Degree/ Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills:          Japanese Skills – business level (N2, N1)

-          Experience as GA, Assistant or Secretary in Japanese companies

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Female

-          Age: 25-35
