Salary range: Gross 15.000.000 - 18.000.000 VND
Allowance(s): Transportation allowance, overtime allowance, breakfast / lunch, diligence allowance
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip
Selection process: Two rounds with HR Department -> Japanese Production Manager and Japanese General Director

Job Description
Report to Japanese Production Manager (male, 40s)
Assigned to Automation Department
Team structure: Japanese Production Manager -> Chief of Automation (this position) -> 6-7 Automation Staff
Job Responsibilities:
-Design automative equipment for the production of small and medium components
-Control and supervise automation system from planning to implementing stage
-Negotiate with outsourcing suppliers on material procurement
-Manage and train team members on professional skills
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics or related fields
-Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N3), having some English skills is a big plus
-Computing: MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
-3+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese manufacturing companies
-Good knowledge about electric component design and automation
-Strong supervision and leadership with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable Characters:
-Gender: Male preferable
-Age: Up to 35
-Personality: self-disciplined, responsible, diligent
