GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - PRODUCTION CONTROL STAFF - MANUFACTURING

§  Work Location: Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province (no company bus)

§  Work Time:

-         Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)

-         Every other Saturday (8:00~17:00)

§  Salary Range: Negotiable

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Japanese General Director

§  Assigned to Production Control Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

-         Oversee the production process (CNC machine, set up, design, etc.) and adjust schedules as needed

-         Work closely with the production planner for production schedule

-         Ensure at least 96% of all production yield, enforce quality control, detect and resolve issues

-         Ensure that production is cost effective and achieve minimum cycle time (standard time)

-         Assess project, material and resource requirements

-         Be responsible for selection and maintenance of equipment and tool calibration

-         Monitor product standards and implement quality control of production programs

-         Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including e.g. suppliers

-         Work with Japanese Manager to implement the company’s policies and goals

-         Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed

-         Supervise and motivate a team of workers, organizing relevant training sessions

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-         Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, production, technical

-         Language Skills: Japanese business level (~N2)

-         Relevant working experience in production management for mechanical or electrical products

-         Can work independently

-         Can read the situation well

-         Can travel to company by himself

-         Planning and organization skills to be able to run and monitor the production process
