GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work location: District 1, Hanoi

§  Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

§  Salary range: Gross 20.000.000 - 23.000.000 VND

§  Allowance(s): Mobile phone (from 550.000 VND) / Taxi card

§  Bonus and incentives:

-       Monthly / quarterly incentive (based on individual sales target achievement, from 5.000.000 - 10.000.000 VND)

-       Year-end bonus (fixed 1.5-month salary)

-       Performance bonus (twice per year, averagely 2-month salary each time)

-       Salary review once per year

§  Benefit(s):

-       SHUI / Private insurance (add in one dependant after the first working year) / Life insurance (after the third working year) / Annual health check

-       Annual leave 12 days per year, plus 1 day per each working year (maximum 30 days)

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Sales and Marketing General Manager (Vietnamese male, 40s), and work closely with other Sales Leaders

§  Assigned to Sales Department, Retail Distribution function (newly established)

§  Job Responsibilities:





-        Set up sales distribution network (60%)

ü  Do market survey and set up route plan for Sales Representation (SR) to work in the market place

ü  Set up sales distribution network to sub dealers / car dealers

ü  Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control subordinates

ü  Plan optimal trade coverage and control collage effectiveness

ü  Control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions to dealers

ü  Direct and control the execution of sales in / out, trade coverage and product distribution / display with subordinates

ü  Plan and control stocks level in dealers / distributors

ü  Establish effective relationship with his customers

ü  Visit customers (dealers and sub dealers) to understand their needs and testing ideas





-        Sales operation (20%)

ü  Deploy trade activities to SR monthly meeting

ü  Follow up stock and budget allocation

ü  Monitor sales KPIs, sales incentives, SR attendance

ü  Set and follow up the sales target

ü  Do sales forecast for each product and send to Sales Manager for booking volume





-        Monitor and evaluate trade activity and report (20%)

ü  Do the evaluation of key trade activities of the month and give feedbacks

ü  Review and revise trade activities monthly if any

ü  Analyze data and report relating to sales in / out, distribution, productive call, competitors' activity, headcount, price…

ü  Update action plan on monthly basic



 





 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields

-       Language skill(s): English fluent

-       Computing: MS Office

-       3+ years working as District / Area Sales Supervisor with sales channel experience from famous and big FMCG manufacturer with high performance records

-       Having knowledge of tires or automobiles is preferred

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Male only

-       Age: Up to 35

-       Good interpersonal and communication skills

-       Logical thinking with analysis and reporting
