JOB DUTIES:
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Define, build and execute solidly plans that help to build candidate sources for recruitment activities
- Collaborate with Corporate recruitment team in proposing and implementing employer branding activities and Management Trainee that match with HR Strategy of the factory.
- Coordinate with all Departments to conduct Training Need Assessment and build up training plan for the whole year.
- Visualize and track training plan of the whole factory monthly to ensure gaps closing will be done according to plan.
- Roll out on-boarding program in the Factory and manage the process to ensure employees’ capabilities built as plan
- Manage outsourced/ 3rd party’s employees to ensure the services provided satisfy customers.
- Support HR Manager in rolling out of new HR initiatives.
- Support C&B in management of employee time attendance/statutory insurance and other employee’s benefits when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English business level
- Having at least 5 solid years of experience in HR, in which at least 3 solid years in such of HR areas as Training, Recruitment.
- Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese, can work with different styles of people and act as team member.
- Positive mind set and solution oriented.
- Possess a set of general working skills including be strong at MS office.
- Flexible and opened to be rotated to other working areas in HR.
