GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - MANUFACTURING

§  Work Time:

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5pm )

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review

§  Selection Process: Two rounds 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Production manager

§  Manage 10-50 staffs

§  Assigned to Production Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          In charge of Safety, Quality control, Line Effiency

-          Manage staffs

-          Control production cost

-          NCE/TPM :

+ In charge of DOR/WOR. Monitor & coach people on SHO

+ Ensure problem solving is properly applied in production such as: GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, SMED …

 + Implement TPM practices

-          Ensure the delivery result, process of production is according to plan

-          Others special assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills:          English business level

-          2 years experienced in similar position.

-          Major in Food processing, mechanical engineering

-          Production technology and knowledge,

-          Planning, NCCS, basic, NGMP, NQS, ISO, NEMS, HACCP,

-          Good teamwork, communication skill, coaching, problem solving, decision making, quality awareness, safety awareness, industrial psychology.
