§  Salary range: Gross 1,300 – 1,800 USD

§  Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

§  Benefit(s): Governed under Vietnam Labor Law

§  Selection process: One round

§  Interview schedule: 12-13th March, 2018

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Japanese Factory Manager (male, 40s), dotted line to Japanese General Director (male, 50s)

§  Manage around 50 staffs

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Manage all sections (Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, R&D, Admin-HR, Finance-Accounting)

-          Find out issues and take measures to solve them

-          Check weekly / monthly / quarterly production result data and report to General Director

-          Organize and strengthen factory structure to seek for business profit

-          Have a firm viewpoint of management

-          Engage in negotiations with governmental authorities

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-          Language skill(s): Japanese conversational level

-          At least 3 years of experience working at similar position in Japanese manufacturing companies

-          Experience in metal-processing factories is preferable

§  Desirable Characters:

-          Gender: Male preferable

-          Age: 30s
