GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: IT STAFF – CONSUMER GOODS

§  Work Time:

-          Monday-Friday (8:00~17:45) (45-min break)

§  Salary Range: Gross 350-600 USD (negotiable)

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report directly to Vietnamese HR GA Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

-          Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

-          Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

-          Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

-          Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

-          Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or IT-related qualification preferred

-          Language Skills: Good command in spoken and written English is preferred.

-          1-2 years of working experience as IT technical support

-          In-depth knowledge of the programs and applications, typically Microsoft

-          Ability to think logically, to work well in a team, to prioritize workload

-          Can work under high pressure and solve problems

-          A good memory of how software and operating system work
