Job Description
Report to Japanese Manager (male, 40s)
Manage Sales team consisting of 4 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop relationship with new prospects referred by Japanese Manager (no need for business development)
-Maintain good relationship with existing clients (mostly Japanese ones)
-Prepare price quotation (usually for a package solutions) to specific clients based on understanding about their business, logistic needs, budget… aiming at long-term service
-Try to deal the contract and generate sales leads from company services (logistics, forwarding, customs clearance, warehouse…)
-Take care of call-in non-Japanese clients; act as window contact and respond to their urgent requests
-Supervise team members in terms of task allocation (sales follow-up and customer service) as well as personal development
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language skill(s): English business level OR Japanese business level
-Computing: MS Office
-3+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese logistics companies
Desirable Characters:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Up to 35
