Sales Executive (Woodchip) - Trading

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: SALES EXECUTIVE (WOODCHIP) - TRADING

§  Work location: District 1, HCMC

§  Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

§  Salary range: Gross 500 - 700 USD

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Assist in the communication between woodchip suppliers (mostly in Central Vietnam) and head office in Tokyo

-       Assist in purchasing and quality control of woodchip in accordance with Japanese client’s quality requirements

-       Support on ship loading and delivery operation

-       Update market information and price trend; conduct briefing reports

-       Accompany Japanese colleagues to suppliers’ site (projected 20 times in 2018 and 40 times in 2019)

-       Accompany Vietnamese suppliers on business trips to Japan (once per year)

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree from Waseda University, APU or same level schools in Japan

-       Language skill(s): English business level

-       Computing: MS Office

-       New graduates are welcome to apply
