Job Description
Report to Japanese Manager (male, 40s)
Team size in Japan: 2 Transcosmos members including this position and one English-speaking Salesforce developer
Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project
-Translate, analyze and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during whole development process
-Consult and propose solutions about system to the client; prepare detailed requirement contents
-Control project schedule and report progress status to customers, especially delivery milestones
-Control all inbound/outbound materials (documents, source codes…)
-Monitor translation progress of received materials as well as deliverables
-Develop and perform test cases to verify deliverables

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
-Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)
-2+ years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years of developing experience (any language), 3+ years working as BSE
Desirable Characters:
-Gender: Any
-Age: U35
