Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager (male, 30s), dotted line to Japanese Deputy General Manager
Assigned to Sales Department
Team size: 10+ members
Job Responsibilities:
-Work scope: 50% business development (find and build up relationship with new clients in overseas markets), 50% sales follow-up with existing clients (confectionery manufacturers, bakery makers, international hotel/restaurant chains… mainly in Southeast Asia)
-Increase business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
-Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
-Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
-Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
-Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
-Language skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-2+ years of experience in similar positions from F&B or food trading industry
-Job hoppers are not accepted
