Work Time:
-Monday~Saturday (8:00~17:00)
-Saturday off every other week
Salary Range: Gross 400~700 USD per month
Allowance(s): To be announced
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip

Job Description
Report to Korean Production Manager (male, 30s)
Assigned to Production Planning Department
Team Size: 10 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
-Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
-Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
-Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
-Schedule shift according to production needs
-Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
-Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
-Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
-Prepare and submit status and performance reports
-Keep paperwork organized
-Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in Industrial Management / Business Administration or relating fields
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office, ERP/SAP
-Gender: Any
-Age: Up to 30
-1+ years of relevant work experience / New graduate is also welcome
-Having knowledge about MRP (manufacturing resource planning) and quality control principles is a big plus
Desirable Character(s):
-Good at maths and statistics
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication abilities
