Job Description
Report to General Manager, Asia Pacific
Assigned to Sales Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Job Objective: To exceed or achieve required sales volume. To appoint and manage distributors within country responsible and implement planned strategies to meet the objectives of the company.
-Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-To contribute to the branch office’s strategy for his/her territory of responsibility, particularly in relation to sales objectives
-To develop and/or maintain relationships with new and current key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realised
-To maintain an awareness of developments in new build/ expansion projects in the Oil & Gas/ chemical plants in country responsible.
-To build and maintain close relationship with key stake holders of local EPCs/ integrators/ end-users to ensure successful project pursuit.
-To produces a sales forecast that meets or exceeds company expectations
-To maintains a high standard of integrity and ethical code of conduct in line with the Company’s expectations.
-Relationship and Roles:
-To report directly to the Sales Manager and has a support responsibility to relevant functional managers
-To demonstrate the ability to interact and corporate with all company employees of all levels
-To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drives execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity
-To establish proactively and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments
-To maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company’s core values
-To provide guidance to the Technical Sales Support Engineer as and when required
-To work and co-operate closely with the Service Manager, Area Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager as and when needed to ensure that the customers’ and distributors interests are protected
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business
-Language Skills:English Proficient at communication is highly desirable
-Working experience in multinational company, preferably with a role in key account/project pursuit
-Experience in oil & gas/chemical industry preferred
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Proven ability to work independently with little supervision
-A high level of sales and interpersonal skills

-To be a self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills
