Job Description
Report to Japanese Factory Director
Manage 5 staff
Assigned to Production Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensuring that manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently
-Overseeing production processes
-Planning and organizing production schedules
-Estimating, negotiating budgets and timescales with clients and manager
-Determining quality control standards
-Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
-Organizing relevant training sessions

Requirements

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:Japanese Proficient communication
-Gender: Male
-Age: Any
-Experience: has working experience in manufacturing industry such as production control, production manager, or factory manager
