Salary Range: Gross 23.000.000~27.000.000 VND per month
Allowance(s): Mobile, taxi card, laptop, business trip allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus (averagely 1~3 month salary) / Salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip

Selection Process: One and last round with Vietnamese Sales Manager (male, 40s) and Korean General Director (male, 50s)

Job Description
Report to Sales Manager, dotted line to General Director
Assigned to Sales Department
Team Size: 10+ members
Job Responsibilities:
-In charge of selling bakery premix (flour) to bakery clients in HCMC and Mekong Delta areas
-Take care of both direct sales and distribution network
-Maintain good relationship with existing clients and distributors; expand client/distributor portfolio
-Consult sales strategy with BOD to achieve sales target and other KPIs set by the company
-Supervise and train salesforce (subordinates and agents) via fieldwork and regular check
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Essential Requirement(s)
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in relating fields
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Male preferable
-Age: From 30
-3+ years of sales experience (management level) with the same market (HCMC and Mekong Delta) and relating products (consumer goods, food and beverage…)
-Preferable Requirement(s)
-No job hopping
Desirable Character(s):
-Able to go on frequent business trips
-Personality: visionary, result-oriented, good leadership, strategic thinking
