Report to Vietnamese Deputy General Manager – HR Admin Division
Manage 2-3 HR Staffs
Assigned to HR Admin Division
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and administer HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety
-Ensure HR strategies align with organizational business goals
-Supervise HR processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills: English Business level
-Gender: Female
-Age: 28-35
-Experience: 3+ years’ working experience in HR function for manufacturing company with company size from 1000
-Mastering the core function of HR including Salary, Insurance, PIT calculation, and Recruitment
Preferable Requirements
-Language Skills: Japanese Conversational level
-Experience: Working experience for Japanese manufacturing company is preferred
Desirable Character:
-Personality: resilient, diligent, responsible, serious working attitude
