Work Time: Monday~Saturday (8:00~17:00), off 18 Saturdays per year
Salary Range: Gross 8.000.000~10.000.000 VND per month
Allowance(s): Language allowance 500.000~2.000.000 for TOEIC 600 up
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Import Export Manager (female, 30s)
Assigned to IMEX Department
Teamsize: 4 members (all female)
Job Responsibilities:
-Declare customs for import shipment (carton paper, plastic parts, accessories…) from overseas suppliers assigned by the client
-Prepare and apply documents for Certificate of Origin
-Follow up with 3PL partners in exporting and delivering end-products to Japanese market
-Proceed payment for suppliers and service providers
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Essential Requirement(s)
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office, ECUS5-VNACCS
-Gender: Female preferable
-Age: Up to 27
-2+ years of experience working at similar positions in manufacturing companies
