Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Deputy Head of Sales/ Japanese General Director
Manage 3 Sales Supervisor & 12 Sales Rep
Assigned to Traditional Trade Team
Job Responsibilities:
1/ Sales planning:
-Develop sales strategies and setting targets for Sales Rep and your whole team
-Allocate areas to Sales Rep
-Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
-Proactively propose idea/ activity/ plan to Head of Sales for more effective operation to get better result of assigned target based on actual situation of in charged market
2/ Sales management:
-Short term forecast achievement
-Maintain and increase sales volume
-Manage and develop new channel throughout Vietnam
-Manage inventory at retailers, expire date product at market under 0.5% revenue
-Reach the targets and goals set for TT channel
-Monitor your team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
3/ Customer service:
-Management of customer credit & collection
-Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
-Service the needs of your existing customers
-Possibly deal with some major customer accounts yourself
4/ Team building:
-Recruit and train, coach sales staff, sales supervisor
5/ Reporting & Market understanding:
-Report to managers
-Compile and analyze sales figures
-Collect customer feedback and market research
-Keep up to date with products and competitors
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree. Education in sales and marketing is the basic prerequisite
-Gender: Male
-Age: Any
-Experience: At least 5-7 years of working experience in sales in the FMCG industry with at least 2 years’ experience in the same position
-Superior presentation skills
-Excellent negotiation skills/ logical thinking
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Good skills in MS Excel/ PowerPoint
-Can work under high pressure
Preferable Requirements
-Qualification: Advanced degree desirable
-Language Skills: Good command in spoken and written English is preferred
-Experience in general trade channel is preferred

-Personality: hardworking, detail-oriented, selflessness, passion for development
