Salary Range: Gross 1500 - 2000 USD / Per Month / Negotiable

Job Description
Report to Japanese General Director
Assigned to Development Team
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist the Planning Development member of parent company in Japan to analyze and understand the product specification, specification changes, new additional functionalities, and design details.
-Support members to understand the technical specifications of the products, specification changes, and new functionalities.
-Create WBS to ensure product delivery time is accurate and rigorous.
-Manage the work procedures of members based on WBS (assist Project Manager to sort out plans and solutions in dealing with possibilities of work delays).
-Review reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) made by team members before sending them to Planning Development member of parent company in Japan.
-Review the coding and ensure the quality of the finished projects.
-Manage, evaluate and provide guidelines to help members improve their capabilities (as a programmer).

Requirements

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills: English Business level
-Gender: Any
-Age: Above 30
-Experience: At least 5 years’ working experience as PM or BSE
-Ability to manage team members, lead team members to achieve success based on the efforts and development of teach members
-Experience in the development of Cloud technologies
Desirable Character:
