Job Description
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
-Estimate cost and set the quality standards
-Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
-Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively
-Work with manager to implement the company’s policies and goals
-Oversee the production process, drawing up production schedule
-Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality
-Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
-Aware of all risks and trouble in factory and have proper solution

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to JLPT N2) & English conversational level
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Any
-Age: under 35
-Have experience as Merchandiser in Garment/Textile field.
Desirable Character(s):
-Good communication and teamwork
