-Monday~Friday (8:00~17:00)
-Saturday morning working every other week (9:00~12:00) -> to be stated in labor contract but in fact usually no working
Salary Range: Gross 15.000.000~18.000.000 VND per month/ Negotiable
Allowance(s): Business trip allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Training Leader (female, 30s)
Team Size: 4-5 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Support Line Manager in delivering in-house training service mostly to Japanese corporate clients
-Handle sales and marketing activities under Line Manager’s instruction:
Make cold calls to client database and introduce about the company’s training services
Consult call-in clients based on their training needs
No business development, no target setting
-Take charge of all training assistant tasks
Join Line Manager in meeting with clients to hear about their training needs; take meeting minutes;
Assist in customizing specific training content based on the available Training Curriculum Standards; edit training layout and training materials
Prepare and send quotation directly to the client; prepare the Vietnamese/English service contract using the available format of the company
Support Line Manager and external lecturer(s) in demo and official training sessions usually at the client’s site: logistics, teabreak, facilities, printing, learner assistance, classroom activities, assessment form…
Follow up with the client afterwards to learn about their satisfaction and improvement points
-Classroom size: max 24-25 pax
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office

-Age: 27-35
-2+ years of relevant experience (working as Internal Training Assistant / Recruitment & Training Executive…)

-Able to go on frequent business trips
