Salary Range: Gross 500-600 USD / Per Month / Negotiable
Allowance(s): Transportation / Mobile
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Accounts Director and Filipino Deputy General Director
Assigned to Accounts Team
Job Responsibilities:
-Meeting clients for events and company briefing
-Scouting and sourcing for new clients and making “pitches” to win new business accounts
-Briefing creative and production departments with regards to the client briefing
-Working with the creative department to devise an excellent presentation or campaign that meets the client’s expectations and budget
-Presenting creative ideas and costings to clients
-Negotiating with clients to ensure that problems are solved and deadlines are met
-Reporting and updating Accounts Director, Creative Team, Production Team, and Clients with the progress of the campaign
-Ensuring intact communication with clients
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications graduate or any equivalent degree
-Language Skills: Fluency in English
-Gender: Female (Prefer)
-Age: <30
-Experience: 1-2 years’ working experience in related positions
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, flowcharts)
-Excellent oral and written skills
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Good business sense and the ability to work on budgets
-Has the ability to motivate the staff and achieve the department’s goals and objective
-Excellent ‘people skills’, for working with different types of clients and colleague
-Results oriented
-Adaptability, analytical thinking, stress tolerance and decision making
