Report directly to Vietnamese Manager
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and standardizing processes.
- Prepare and closely manage annual estimates, with monthly report on actual performance.
- Managing and supervising the implementation of the Company's internal rules and cultural regulations.

- Plan and organize company meetings and events.
- Directing, supervising and participating in the implementation of Administrative - General Affairs

- Support Recruitment - Training staff.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Male only
- Age from: 30 - 35
- Language: Japanese N3/N2
