<Job Responsibilities>
ADMIN
・ Make plan for all company parties, travel, health check, other events and mainly responsible for organizing them successfully
・ Make plan to check and manage stationery, medicines, drinking water, equipment & supplies
・ Ensure office environment clean, tidy, fully-equipped
・ Assist foreign employees in finding accommodation and other services
・ Support company on-board and leaving procedure
・ Solve company (HR) issues together with Leader
・ Oversee company benefits (project fund, snack fund, awards…)
・ Other Admin tasks
RECRUITMENT
・ Undertake Employer branding
・Join directly together with teammate from daily tasks such as searching CVs, arranging the interview schedules etc., to recruitment plan (implementation included)
・ Participate in job fairs and career events
・ Translate & Interpret for all related to recruitment
・ Other assigned tasks
