<Job Responsibilities>
Accountanting support tasks:
- Handle all payments, transaction in HN office;
- Scan and send original documents to Thailand office;
GA tasks:
- Support with interpretation, translatation tasks;
- Manage and control staff Annual & Medical.etc leaves;
- Purchase of office stationary / groceries;
- Mail / Courier service arrangement;
- Air Ticket booking / Visa arrangement for business trip;
- Restaurants booking;
- Daily operation and Sales support to RO's chief Representative;
- Additional duties' may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor Degree
- Female only
- Age from 29 - 35 years old
- Japanese from N2 level
- At least 1 year of experience in one of the following field: Accounting; Administration; GA or HR in any industry
