<Job Responsibilities>
- Create group target, yearly activity on each service function, scheduling
- Follow up progress of yearly target, activity
- Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instructor: Standard, problem solving, 5s, etc,
- Check & follow visit schedules of service member
- Consult & instruct to staff for making solution of service activity
- Handle complaints from customers and/or any major occur
- Investigate and solve technical problems facing dealers
- Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirement from headquarter
- Report service index, weekly/monthly report, dealer visit report
- Other duties assigned by Head of section
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: under 35
- Gender: Male
- University, College, Technical School
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- English at Conversational level
- Good communication skill
- Has at least 3 years of technical/service experience working with authorized dealers or distributor or motorcycle products
- Personality: honest, result-oriented, sincere, flexible, hard-working
