<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve service business target by responsible region
- Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instruction: Standard, problem solving, 5s, CS
- Handle complaints from customers and/or major occur
- Investigate and solve technical problems facing responsible dealers
- Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirement from headquarter
- Report service index, weekly/monthly report, dealer visit report
- Other duties assigned by Head of section.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: under 35
- Gender: Male
- College, Technical school or higher
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- English at conversational level
- Has at least 1 years of technical experience working with authorized dealers or distributor of automobile products.
- Personality: honest, result-oriented. sincere, flexible, hard-working
