Architectural Designer (Assistant Manager) - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing and presenting design
- proposals to clients
- Advising clients
- Producing detailed drawings, concept design
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists (Mainly at the beginning of the projects)
- Coordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree
- English conversational level
- From 28-35 years old
- From 5 years of working experience as architectural Designer (especially concept design) in construction industry

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experienced working in Japanese construction companies
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, 3DMAX, Sketch up, Revit Operator
- Management experience
