<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the company’s Human Resource Department to support the company’s goals and mission through HR activities
- To review and manage of the policies, including salary, insurance, other allowances and benefits
- Contact with Government Office and Labor Union (For procedure of Japanese staff's Visa)
- Recruit people who are necessary for company and have responsibility of recruiting process
- Perform HR work according to the situation of the company
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender : Any
- Age : 33 - 45
- English skill : Business level (using in internal communication)
- More than 10 years experiences as HR manager in any industry
- Person who have a sense of responsibility and many experiences as HR
- There is a possibility of domestic business trip (2-3 times / year)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese skill : Conversational level
- Experiences in Automobile industry
