<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
- Advising clients
- Producing detailed drawings
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Coordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: from 28 to 39 years old
- Bachelor's degree; major in architectural design or related subject
- English conversational level
- From 5 years of working experience as Architect, proficient in Revit designing software

[Schedule]
- Screening can be up to 5 days (Hr and head department screening)
- 3 rounds of interview
- No fixed date for interview, client will arrange as soon as there is potential CV
