<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing Chief and Line Leader of Manufacturing Section
・Check progress in departmental operations and manage manufacturing deadlines
・Monthly evaluation based on the aggregation of productivity, defect rate, etc. by group within department
・Establishment and practice of annual evaluation method and improvement instruction
・Formulation of various rules in the department (work standard, work procedure, education plan, etc.)
And conduct
・Controlling stock and order management of used tools and oil (cutting oil, rustproof oil etc)
・Development and implementation of personnel and labor management in the department and staff recruitment and allocation plan
・Report to the president, other division managers and related divisions of the head office of Japan
・Maintenance and correction of various regulations concerning ISO 9001 and 14001 and internal related departments

※ One female assistant will be exclusively assigned to the position

<Hiring Schedule>

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Gender: Male
- Age: 38 to 50 years old
- Having working experience as a production control in parts manufacturing company such as Precision parts at least 10 years
- Having Managing experience at least 5 years in parts manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of NC lathe and ISO9001,14001
- Language: Japanese Business Level (More over N3 level)
This position need to report and communicate with Japanese Head Office.

Preferable Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Major :Machining)
- Having experience of Making plan and implementation for improvement of productivity and quality
- Personality : Cooperativeness and Thoughtful person
