- Find and approach potential customers ( B2B)
- Contact with clients (contractor, building owner) to propose maintenance service packages
- Make report of sales, stock, AR by week/month/ quarter/ year
- Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Collect information about customers, markets and competitors to build
database for research & make future plan
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree
- Gender: Male only
- Age from 25 to 39
- More than 1 year of Sales experience in construction field; have networking with contractors; project management; investors (whose buildings have HVAC systems)
- Proficient in MS Office
- English conversational level
