<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage Vietnamese members of GA HR department
・Support Japanese GA HR Manager; Interpret/ Instruct from Japanese Manager to Vietnamese members
・Adjust with other department
・Conducting report to be submitted to HQ
・Propose idea to improve working environment
・Train Japanese working style and business manner
*There is a possibility to separate GA and HR department
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25-30
・3+ years’ GA HR experience in any industry
・Has knowledge of the latest labor law
・Working experience at Japanese company
・Advanced Microsoft Office skill
