- Make any legally procedure related to employees (Inclding labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision...)
- Train the employees and staffs
- Make any procedure related to Janpanese Staff
- Translating documents
- General Affair management : cafeteria, driver, stationary, office...
- Other works assigned by the General Director &/or direct Manager
